God's inner Guide helps me show up moment to moment to moment as the hero in my own epic story.

My core is drawn towards people, places & things that cultivate growth, fostering endearing values and character- honesty, empathy, kindness, and such.

With over 45 years sojourn on earth, i have prioritized and channelled time and resources to living a life of meaning; meeting every inevitable life challenges with grace, courage and resilience; full of hope.

This redemptive perspective has led me on these paths:

• SHE Foundation- Social Imapct, Healthcare and Education: Link

• Nigeria Poverty Map (2023), using the Multidimensional Poverty Index: Link , to reduce extreme poverty in Nigeria.

• Blackswan Capital: Investments in innovative tech in the financial sector. Recently, focussed on the establishment of medical & hospitality facilities (The Rest Group)- Orphanage, and palliative care- Assisted Living, care home and an hospice.

• Vineyard: In my lifetime, i will be fulfilled if i get to live and raise my kids on a Farm house- animals- goats, poultry, horses; plants- fruits and veggies; lakes.

• Life Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT): In terms of 'career', my core leans towards LMFT. Albeit, i am yet to get my foot in the door. Well, atleast, formally. But i remind myself... "Not all who wander are lost"... so i have a knowing that my wandering is leading me there... still.

Love & life

Style-wise, i am usually a black on black, brown on brown dresser. However, this season has seen me go with the flow accessorizing with burst of bright colours- pink, yellow...and rarely but possibly...red.

Family is everything... my joyous children- Tumi & Noah; siblings, parents and a long line of extended family & closely knit friends.

I love pomeranian dogs and had 13 at a time. Now, only Elle (Fine/beauty- in Yoruba Language) is part of the family.

Gardening is therapeutic. How lucky i am that my vineyard grows in abundance- apples, sweet orange, indian lemon, pomegranate, guava, spices, and many more. Being a Gardenerette is generational! My momma's gene runs true!

I love to travel, and this- quite a lot! Just anywhere i can hike or be by the ocean, nature, and awakened by cultural arts and history.

I'm a bibliophile. During the 2020 COVID pandemic, read over 70 books- thanks to Audible. So far, i have read 37 books this first half of 2024. The key theme of these books center on mindset change, psychology, behavioural economics, and a sprinkle of spiritualism and understanding existentialism. Perhaps, i should start a book club soon! Who knows?

Work

In transition career-wise but in the recent past, i have been passionate and committed to contributing to the eradication of extreme poverty in Nigeria. Since completing an MBA at the Said Business School, Oxford University in England, this vision has remained singular.

It crystalized in 2022 when the President of Nigeria (2015-2023), His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, formally launched Nigeria's first sub-national Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) report- the outcome of a project i envioned and oversighted as the National Coordinator.
